Flot lejlighed
Rigtig flotte lejligheder af høj kvalitet og standard. God service og en flot morgen buffet, som ikke manglede noget. Fantastisk poolanlæg til stor fornøjelse for børnene. Alt i alt et lækkert sted, men beliggenheden kræver, at man har en bil til rådighed. Afstand til strand og by er ellers 15-20 minutters gang.

Super ophold. Virkelig dejlig lejlighed med div. udstyr og 2 store soveværelser med tilhørende badeværelse. Skøn terrasse med havemøbler og liggestole. Dejligt ressort med diverse aktiviter og hjælpsom personale. Ved hovedbygningen er der larm fra poolområde. Vi boede 'længere' ude med egen lille pool; fantastisk skønt - her var fred og ro. Der er 15 min. gang til strand og byliv (masser af cafeer og restauranter) en god lille tur, som man nemt kan gå. Vi kommer tilbage.

Luksus til en god pris
Store lækre lejligheder med alle bekvemmeligheder fra stavblender til jacuzzi (der var 2 badeværelser med hver sin jacuzzi:)) Dejligt resort område med mange aktivitets muligheder og lækre faciliteter. Beliggenhed i udkanten af byen, men gratis shuttle bus løste det "problem" Vi rejste i september hvor priserne er absolut rimilige og vejret perfekt. Byen lever stadig i september og både barer og restauranter er åbne. Vi kommer tilbage.

Endroit tranquille malgré le fait que ça soit très familial. Déjeuner inclus excellent. L’appartement qui nous avait été assigné était bien situé par rapport à la piscine. Localisation centrale par rapport aux activités environnantes de la région. Nécessite des déplacements en voiture.

This is a nice property that is convenient for families that want an apartment and kitchen but some of the hotel facilities issue we had was with the check-in team. They were not helpful at all and even though there were properties available as it was not fully occupied we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get our room on our first day even though we arrived at 11 am we were offered anywhere to change which was not ideal with children after a flight. Breakfast staff are friendly. Housekeeping was a bit hidden miss sometimes shower gel and towels would be replaced and sometimes not. We had an issue with our dryer, which was the only option to dry clothes after they had been washed. We did report this but it was not fixed.

The 2 bedroom unit was well laid out. The cleaning staff were excellent. Great Pool and reasonably good gym. About a 20 min walk (5 min drive) to the seaside town of Carvoeiro where a number of good restaurants are located

The breakfast was really good with lots of options such as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and coffee. The gym was good however it only opened at 9am which wasn't convenient if wanting to do exercise in the morning before breakfast as breakfast buffet closed at 10am. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious with a nice outdoor area.

Liked pool at townhouse. But daily cleaners not good, no welcome pack sent (as promised), hotel courtesy bus stopped, pool towels not changed etc ….poor services despite an expensive hotel where you’d expect more….

The room (luxury suite) has a big balcony with a sun bed and umbrella, and table for eating. The living room has a complete kitchen and a sofa, TV area. The bedroom has a wonderful bed, strong Internet, another TV and two lovely bathrooms. The breakfast is amazing, as was the buffet dinner, and the pool really good size with plenty of seating. The only negatives I'd say are Only one free water despite staying four nights An excessively high charge for tea in the room!!!

The staff is nice and polite but did not address all of our complaints, such as the broken shower. The air conditioning was insufficient and there were ants in our unit first floor. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the location of the resort is not really conducive to walking into town or to the beach. Overall we give it 2.5- 3 stars. Of all the drawbacks, the ants were the most offensive issue. Otherwise it was a lot of room for the price and would have been very comfortable if the air conditioning worked well.

Plus un 4* qu'un 5*
Sejour agréable. Petit bemol sur le check in. Nous avions appele en amont pour prevenir que nous arriverions tot , on nous a indiqué que si la chambre nest pas encore prete nous pourrions au moins utiliser les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine et autres). Cependant quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a informé que l'on ne pouvait pas prendre les serviettes tant que le check in n'a pas été fait. Par ailleurs , aucune bouteille d'eau de bienvenue alors qu'il y avait une pancarte indiquant qu'on aurait de l'eau . Pour un 5* , on s'attend à un service de meilleure qualité.

Ok, but needs some repairs
Nice place, but a bit scruffy and poor quality In areas. Hot water screeching all night kept us all up, kids slide split and dangerous. Pool bridges falling apart. It was good value, but I can now see why it’s cheaper than top resorts.

Nice apartment but dirty and unsupervised pool are
The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable with nice terrace and full kitchen. The real let down was the resort facilities. The pool and steam/sauna area was not clean and overcrowded with 30 unsupervised children running and jumping into the indoor pool and entering steam/sauna rooms. The floors in the indoor pool area were moldy and slippery. The resort even charges guests for clean beach/pool towels if you want them changed. No business center. Definitely not a five star resort. Would not return due to the facilities.

They wanted a deposit for 25 euro (refundable) each for pool towels and one euro every time to have fresh towels. Also the cleaners did not have additional bath, face, or other towels. The food was average

Etablissement tres propre et espaces verts tres bien entretenus. La demi pension décevante avec peu de variétés et de choix dans les plats, rapport qualité/prix élevé et petit dejeuner au nescafé! Par contre serveurs très agréables! Le SPA fermé alors que des soins avaient été réservés. A l'accueil peu de communication, donc plutôt décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé.

This place is stunning, huge apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need lovely big balcony, the properties are well spaced out with lovely gardens meandering pathways though them The restaurant is also first class will definitely be returning.

Had a great stay with a beautiful spacious accommodation and large balcony in ‘romantic suite’. Great service, staff were really helpful and provided a lot of information. Breakfast was really good. Gym and additional amenities were not quite on par with rest of the resort but enjoyed our massage at the spa however a little pricey.

Fantastisch! Een TOPPER!!!
De ontvangst was méér dan geweldig! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement zag er prima verzorgd uit, complete keukeninrichting en twee badkamers, zeer lux! Alles werd elke dag keurig schoongemaakt, voorzien van schone badlakens, handdoeken. Goed verzorgd ontbijt met alles wat je je maar kunt wensen. Kortom: een echte AANRADER!
