Dejligt hotel i smukke omgivelser
Dejligt hotel som ligger i et smukt område. Hotellet ligger lige ud til kysten, dog uden direkte adgang til stranden men de har arrangeret en shuttlebus der kører de 5 minutter ned til stranden både om formiddagen og om eftermiddagen. Hotellet har 2 pools hvor den ene er opvarmet. Vi boede i en af lejlighederne som ligger et stykke fra receptionen og restauranterne. Restauranterne er ikke billige men kvaliteten af maden er god. Personalet er hjælpsomt og serviceminded og kvaliteten er shampoo mm er helt i top. Wifi i lejligheden virker fint og det er et fint køkken hvor man godt kan lave mad (vi gjorde det dog ikke). Hotellet ligger ca. 2 km fra den gamle del af Lagos hvor der er meget at se og mange restauranger. Hotellet har også arrangeret shuttlebus dertil. Samtidig er det let at finde en taxa/Uber i Lagos. Da vi ankom havde vi arrangeret pick-up service i Faro lufthavn og det virkede upåklageligt. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold og når vi skal tilbage til Algarve kysten vil vi nok bo der igen.

Flot hotel - men virkede mennesketomt.
Hotellet er utroligt flot, og af en meget høj standard. Vi boede i en lejlighed, med udmærkede forhold, der manglede lidt service i køkkenet, og ekstra sengen var decideret ringe - og ikke et 5-stjernet hotel værdigt. Poolen der hører til lejlighedskomplekset er utroligt lækker, med sandstrand og sandbund i den lave del. Dog virkede det mennesketomt, da der kun en enkelt dag, hvor alle stole var optaget. Prisniveauet i restauranterne er højt, og vi spiste kun morgenmad en enkelt dag (20€ pr pers.), maden var udmærket, men udvalget var ikke specielt stort og varieret. Hotellet ligger flot uden for Lagos, og det er let at komme ind til byen i bil. Lagos er en flot by, med mange fine butikker og små lækre restauranter. Der er en flot legeplads på området, det er dog gemt af vejen bag en tom bygning. Det virker ikke særligt logisk, og det vil være bedre, hvis legepladsen var i samme område som poolen med sandstrand. Alt i alt et godt ophold.

Overall a fantastic place with great service and facilities and imcredible potential for becoming even greater. The only drawback would be that while the food in the restaurant is great it is also very slow. But the staff was perfect and extremely helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at cascade. The views were beautiful. Enjoy the pools. Fun time at the bar. Breakfast was full of options. The staff was amazing. They helped us with our electric car always were able to answer our questions forgetting around.

When we were checking into the hotel, we were bounced around to several different staff, which was fine as we weren’t in a rush, but just generally felt quite disorganized and not very welcoming. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms, which was very spacious with a living room and kitchen. However, the room itself and hotel seem like they are really in need of an update which made it seem unclean. When we arrived to our room, there was a stream of ants entering from a crack in the patio door, through the living room and bedroom and into the bathroom. The hotel and cleaning staff were quick to remedy the situation; however, not a great way to start the stay and we found at least one ant in our bed every night. We only ended up eating in a hotel restaurant once for a small snack as the prices here are significantly higher than the restaurants found in town. The hotel is in a quiet, secluded area and nice for walks to the bluffs, but if you are wanting to be in the town of Lagos, this is not the place for you. Definitely not a 5 star resort.

This was our second time here. We were amazed that the majority of staff were the same as last year and that they remembered us. We absolutely loved our stay here, they are large rooms with excellent bathrooms and large balcony. All the staff from the cleaners up are polite and very helpful. The restaurant has a good range on the menu all well prepared, there are a range of bar snacks too if you prefer. The bar is excellent with a wide range of cocktails, beers and wines. We will definitely return.

came here during offseason - its very difficult to find the amenities and you have to walk very very far to find anything and the signs are all wrong. We followed a sign that ended up taking us to parking lot and had I not held the door we would've been locked out with no service or a way to get back in. Overall, the staff was ok when we checked in and just demanded our passports right away. She literally said who are you? instead of Hello, how was your flight. It was also far away from everything. Next time I would just do another hotel closer to the beaches and the old town. It felt like a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel

Gorgeous resort, right along the water with gorgeous views of the cliffs. We had a problem with the hot water in the first unit we were in. But the staff was very attentive and helped us immediately find another apartment and move all of our stuff over to the new location. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The restaurants on site are great options if you don't feel like venturing into Lagos. Very happy with our stay here.

I highly recommend this property. Amazing service. Great spa. AND wonderful trails to explore the cliffs that this property sits on. No need to gi anywhere for food unless u want to explore Lagos more. They have three restaurants on site and there’s a huge breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes. and pancakes. Two pools: one heated and one not. Overall, the service level is what impressed me the most. Highly recommend.

Amazing. The apartment was as comfortable as we could only wish - the kitchen, the dining area and the bedroom of course; so calm and cosy - can’t wish more. Highly recommend.

Big basic apartments and beautiful beach nearby
We stayed in the apartments which could be older than the actual hotel rooms. The room was big but very basic so 5 stars are more about the services that the resort provides (spa, gym, golf, tennis) and not the luxurious accommodation. We had a car so it was easy to reach but it is 30 min walk from Lagos-center so if you don’t have a car, you need a to prepare to walk to get to the restaurants etc. I would imagine this would be a perfect spot for families and groups. The trails and the beach nearby are soooo beautiful!

Our stay was lovely with great food and wonderful service. Hotel site is great for a beautiful hike or bike around. Small improvements on gym facilities (no wifi, needs more equipments, update equipments , spa pool should be heated as mentioned by staff) would make it perfect. We would return next time when we visit Lagos.

Nice property, bad front desk
Beautiful property with direct access to cliff walk. Front desk staff dress nicely but that's about it. Poorly trained. We asked for dinner reservations but they didn't make them. We were there three nights and air conditioning never worked. When we told the manager, there was no apology, no offer, just noted the problem "for the next guests." Loved the property, front desk was unhelpful.

Fantastic hotel! Breakfast buffet was amazing, room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, and the location was perfect! Walking distance to multi cliffs - literally right in your backyard.
