Pros: very relaxing, provides place to bond, helpful and accommodating staff Cons: cable TV not working, phone to call front desk not working properly, place is a bit dated for its price, needs major renovation

good ambience
The place is safe. We stayed most of our time together with my family in our room. We have lots of fun in the pool along with my nephews, niece and sis-in-law. You can view the scenery and the beauty of the place when you are in the balcony. The food is good. The next morning, we visited Sonya's garden few klms from the hotel and bought various herbal plants for pasalubong. Maybe one day, we will be back here to enjoy more and visit other places.

The place was in a good location.
The rooms were big. The cold water in shower was not working. No phone in room to talk to front desk. Staff was helpful.

It was very bad to stay in this hotel that internet cannot reach to your room. We need to stay in the lobby so we can use the internet for our work while on vacation. We will never go back to this hotel. :-(

We booked for two nights and they were putting us in a ran down annex bldg where the wall papers are so old it looks like it was used for a horror movie. Good thing they changed our room when we asked them to.

You only get what you pay for
Granted that the rooms that we got were cheap, but we didn't expect that the rooms would have wall paper peeling off the wall, bathrooms that were not maintained (broken tiles), water that runs out every 9am and resumed around 10:30, cockroaches under the wood pannels, broken room phones, broken TV, misleading add saying it serves breakfast buffet but it isnt, very poor wifi service. To say the least, our family was dissatisfied and would not recommend stayong at this hotel.

Sunrise Holiday Mansion Hotel was Dirty old & stuffy. Smells of molds. Had to keep the terrace door open. We checked in at 6pm and yet the room was not ready and took some time. They probably gave us a 'not to be used' run down room ... Not to be recommended to friends

The room was good,however the smell is not that appealing cause it smells like an old room.The breakfast is fine ,however u need to change your menu I guess because everyday u have same menu.

it was nice but we haven't sleep because in our room we hear something scratches the door or something and we thought that our view is the beautiful taal volcano.

Reasonable value, no frills hotel.
Average hotel. Reasonable price and value - no frills, but comortable enough for an overnight stay near Tagatay. Would stay again.

Got a not so good experience. We checked in at 2:30am in the morning,same date as the check out date because we came from a friends birthday so we stayed long there. breakfast served at 6-9am only when we woke up almost 10am,still less than hrs prior to closing of breakfast.I called the receptionist from the room fone to check and simply ask a favor we still avail our breafsst..the receptionist doesnt know how to handle properly and began to refuse firmly without being gentle and fo think its a ltni mMjz yyy

Not again !!!
Very hard to find hotel, no sign on any main road. Called hotel they gave us wrong way !!! Bad, Very bad lock on door, looked like someone had broke into many times.Bed bad. We were on 4th floor, and Elevtor was not working. Dont GO

The place is a little bit oldy. I think it's need to be improved. There's no wifi connection but it is stated as part of inclusions. A little bit creepy.

Good place to relax.
It was great. Place is good for stress relief. Quite place. Room is big. If you dont have car to see tagaytay this place is not for you. Cause it is far from tagaytay proper.

Run down, creepy hotel
Old, run down, creepy hotel. I swear there are ghosts there! So far from the main area and attractions of tagaytay. As we had no car of our own, I hoped they had some transportation provision like some hotel shuttles. In stead, they have on call drivers they can take guests to Set areas for set lengths of Time and it was just so impractical to pay their fees when we only needed it for a short time. Very disappointed with our stay. It spoiled our vacation. They do have room service but they don't collect the trays! We called for them to get those but instead, they just left them outside our room! How unsanitary! Keep away from this place!!

horrible hotel
1. Too far to any food chain or store where you can buy food. 2. They dont offer food 24/7. 3. Poor hotel service. 4. No means of transportation. They dont even offer hotel service. 5. The place is really creepy. 6. According to the feature of the hotel they offer intercontinental breakfast we're totally fooled. 7. This is the only hotel I encounter that will ask you to deposit certain amount for security.

Outdated Hotel
Website was deceiving. Hotel is too old. It badly needs to be updated to meet current standard hotel atmosphere. It smells like a haunted old hsuse. Furnitures are old. Kids were so scared, the whole family stayed on one bed. So creepy. There was only one elevator working. Unfortunately we didn't take pictures to show proof.

No WiFi in rooms nothing to do
Very hard to find and not near anything. With no WiFi in the rooms and barely working air conditioning family will not be happy here.

Pro ..... Price Cons.... Old broken rundown not even 10% of pics showing , worst breakfast did not touched afraid of getting sick, far away from attractions as others have said very very creepy . Will I stay agin .... Never even its free.

Not the room I booked for
The room didn't have the proper bed. It wasn't comfortable. Inline heater for shower had defective plugcord, didn't work. Think this hotel is actually used as a transient house. Never saw any other guest.

Middle of nowhere
This hotel is far away from all the Local attractions. Also the Hotel does not have all the features ammenities and attractions as was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
