"This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The location is great - an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on King Street - and it was so easy to get to from the city. The house itself was clean and had everything we could need for our stay, and the host was very kind and responsive. We look forward to staying here again next time we’re in the DC area. "

"We had a great 3 days weekend with our kids and grandkids. The 2 playgrounds at 2 min. walk are awesome for kids all ages. The area is very quiet. Perfect getaway for family with small backyard. "The Madison DELIVERS!! This home is warm and cozy with peaceful energy in every space of the house. The master bedroom suite upstairs was beautifully decorated. The Master bathroom was spacious, the shower had great water pressure and there were plenty of towels for guest use. There is a total of three bed rooms in the house and each one has comfortable bedding and adequate closet space for your luggage or things. The downstairs living room/ TV is super comfortable and clean with a huge TV...

"Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."

"The Potomac was the perfect place to host my family for a holiday gathering. My teens shared the bedroom on the third floor and had their own bathroom. My mom took one of the two suites. And my wife and I had the second master suite. The first floor was large enough to welcome 6 more guests for two days of food, family, and fun. The home was well appointed; the kitchen stocked. We took advantage of the complimentary Netflix subscription and backyard. The hosts even decorated for the holidays!"

"The house was very beautiful. The owner left commonly forgotten supplies in the bathrooms and some snacks in the kitchen. There was business cards and brochures for local businesses and things to do. I recommend staying here again and likely will on another trip to DC."
