While we strive to address any issues promptly, please be aware that there is no on-site staff available 24/7.

3. Our community warmly welcomes pets, so you may encounter other residents' furry friends during your walks nearby.

4. As our location is in the vibrant Old Town area, please expect some street noise, which is part of the lively atmosphere.

5. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance. Please note that only one pet per reservation is allowed, and your pet must be included as a guest on the reservation. For stays longer than two weeks with a pet, additional cleanings will be required every 14 days.

6. Our home features a convenient smart lock system for a seamless check-in experience. Please remember the provided code to access the premises. In case of an emergency, a key can also be used to enter the property.

7. The townhome is easily accessible through the front entrance, it has a beautiful dark blue door you can't miss it!

9. This historical house, built in the 1800s, possesses a unique charm and character. Please be aware that you may experience occasional creaks or settling noises, which add to the historic ambiance of the neighborhood established in 1749.

10. We kindly ask you to review our House Rules to ensure a pleasant and smooth stay, smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a $500 smoke-remediation fee plus any additional documented costs for cleaning, deodorization, or damaged property

11. Parties, events, and gatherings involving unauthorized guests are prohibited. Violations may result in a $500 additional cleaning/event fee, termination of the reservation without refund, and charges for any resulting damages or additional cleaning.
