Welcome to your perfect stay for visiting everything DC has to offer only a short drive away! This spacious & luxurious townhome is located right off of 395 in a quiet, family neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It also offers private garage parking as well as a driveway.

Step into a recently renovated, open-concept main floor featuring bright, stylish interiors and hardwood floors. The living area invites you to relax on a lavish sectional sofa while enjoying the 65" Sony TV with a Sonos Soundbar and Apple TV.

The modern kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar, and high-end cookware. Enjoy group meals in the formal dining area, whether you're cooking up a storm or ordering in.

This home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom that features a large, inviting soaking tub and a separate glass shower. The office includes a comfortable queen-sized Serta Never Flat air mattress with adjustable firmness settings.

*Queen bed in the office is a 20" high Serta Never Flat air mattress. It stays inflated all night and has three comfort settings: firm, medium, or plush.

*15% of all net proceeds are donated to Next Step Equal Education, a non-profit that builds schools and provides educational resources for indigenous children in Guatemala.

This was our first experience with VRBO and our host, Ben, knocked it out of the park! We had an amazing trip. The house was awesome, close to the metro, clean and well stocked. Ben is an exceptional host with incredibly fast response time. Any question we asked, he responded within a few minutes. We would highly recommend!!!

This property is absolutely amazing! I have never stayed in a Vrbo that is as well appointed as this one. Ben has thought of everything and is an incredible host! It is a short drive to DC and to downtown Historic Alexandria. We spent a week here and I will definitely stay here again if the property is available. Great Place! Highly recommend!!!!

We had an amazin to stay in this townhome. Quiet neighborhood. Super clean. Comfy beds. Evergthing we needed for a home away from home. Would stay again with no hesitation! Host was very hospitable, gracious and premptive with every need, while not overbearing. He had several well recieved recommendations for our stay, even back when we were just preparing. Great oasis in the city

Very nice, quiet neighborhood in the hustle & bustle of the city. The house is wonderful and it's easy to access the bus and metro system. Great for day trips in and out of the city!! Parking in the garage is great!! Been was an amazing host!! I would recommend this house.

Washington DC Family Trip

The property exceeded our expectations in every way our host Ben could not have been more cordial in accommodating to our needs and requests . He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was very attentive to everything we asked of him. When and if we come back to this area, we will most definitely stay at his townhouse. Four of us spent the holiday here with our Marine from Quantico. Lovely place, Benjamin is the nicest host we've ever had, close by car to Old Alexandria and DC. Highly recommend!

Girls getaway!

The property was just as described. Inside decor is super cute, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with a few extra goodies too. Having the bathrooms was nice with so many women, getting ready was a breeze. The location was within driving distance to all the places DC & Virginia. Ben was always on top of communicating with us throughout the trip and if I had a question the response was immediate. If you are hesitant about booking, don't be....this location is one of the best stays I have experienced in the past 10 years. Please know there are stairs to the bedrooms and the garage is available for a smaller SUV or car.

Don’t Overlook This Gem

In our 15 years of using VRBO, this was by far our best experience. This place is extremely comfortable and the owner (NOT a corporate management group) goes out of his way to give guests a great place to stay. Plenty of dish and laundry soap, plenty of toilet paper, full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap in the bathrooms, Kleenex, paper towels, large, soft, bath towels. Beds are so comfortable and the sofa has THREE recliners! The townhouse has large bright airy windows, with automatic shades on the first floor. A large, leafy oak shades the deck from the street, providing great privacy. Alexa units in the kitchen and master. The location is one mile to the metro, but if it is too hot to walk, a Capital Bikeshare station is right up the street across from the 7-11. The owner is super responsive and kind. My family truly enjoyed our DC vacation and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful property!!

The property was just as described on VRBO (FANTASTIC). The owner checked in with was several times to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were having a good experience. Fantastic stay

Our family of four had a great stay at this townhouse in Alexandria. We were in the area for some college tours for my son, and found the location very convenient. We drove down to Richmond, spent some time in Old Town Alexandria, and time in DC. The townhouse was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ben was fantastic- friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided great suggestions / recommendations. The check-in and out process was also very easy. I’d highly recommend this spot for a stay in the DC area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A great space in a great place

We stayed for 5 days over the Christmas holidays. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, and functional for our party of 4. The location in Alexandria was great because we have family in Tyson’s Corner, Mount Vernon, and wanted to visit DC proper. As far as the property itself, we felt very welcome there and communication with the owner was exactly what we needed when we needed it. The kitchen has everything, the sectional was great for relaxing and watching tv with the Fam, and the beds were comfy. There is even a nice Alvarez guitar if you want to strum a little. We will definitely stay there the next time we visit.
