"We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend."

"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"We stayed here to fish the Skeeter's owner's tournament and the house is very nice and perfect for our needs. It was right on the water but just far away from all the craziness associated with such a large tournament. The boat ramp being so close, and private dock is such a great added convenience. The host was great, available for any question and responded very quickly. Highly recommend."

"House and surrounding was clean but grass was high when we arrived but property owner came and mowed immediately. No info on where to throw trash when the can outside was full so we had to leave trash which I never do but overall good stay. Needs updated pictures as the fishing dock appeared to be much closer to the house than it was, and is important when you have elderly guests in your party."

"Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows."
