"I will not stay at this place ever again. Yes the rooms were clean, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the stuff we had to deal with. For starters, we were supposed to have a king bed and after we got there, and they finished cleaning the room we were supposed to have, and told us it was OK to bring our stuff in, they decided to change us to a room with double beds so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds during our stay. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....
