Villa Leira - Fantastic Sea Views

Villa Leira is a Menorcan style semi-detached villa, located on the main street of Son Bou. It is a two storey property with its own private access. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and a toilet and from the covered terrace you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms a shared bathroom.

​The living room/dining area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a tv, and a wooden dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics such a fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, and kettle. There is Wifi available throughout the villa.

The three bedrooms are a double, a twin room and and a room with bunk beds.

The outside of the property features a driveway and small garden area.
