"Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored.
Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where...

"The AC did not work in our room and the TV was going out we finally got moved rooms the last night of our stay the whole 7th floor it was like the AC was out the hallway was even hot it stated 88 degrees in the hallway rooms ran 78 even at night"

"This location was wonderful, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only downfall is it's in downtown where people are partying and playing loud music which we could hear. The people at the front desk and the lady in the breakfast area were great, very friendly and helpful. However it seemed like the lady the 2nd day at the front desk was not happy about being there, and didn't like to use words. The manager said she would take care of it."
