"Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property. Also if you are bringing a dog a wonderful yard but be aware it is not fenced in. We will be staying here again the next ti.e I am up to visit family for sure!"

"We are 3 lifelong friends who like to relax and spend time together away, doing as little as possible, or as much as possible depending on the time of year. This property gave us the perfect place to call home for 3 nights of doing almost nothing. Very clean, comfortable beds, cozy linens, a well appointed kitchen, and lot and lots of quiet. "This is really nice home in a great location in central Gainesville. Kinda average neighborhood for this part of town, by a private street on a cul-de-sac. Property feels private as well. The pool area is small and suffers from ample seating and space space, but the pool is in decent shape and highly swimamble.Beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with items you'd like to count on for your stay. We would stay here again."

"This home is perfect for a relaxing a getaway. Joe was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed cruising up and down the river all day. There was a great space for cooking out and entertaining. We have stayed here on and off for years and it never disappoints. "

"House was extremely clean and well stocked. House was spacious and was just like being at home for our long stay. We brought our 2 German Shepherds who loved running around in the yard and exploring. House is very close to UF and made the back and forth to there very easy. We will definitely try and book the house again when we go up for weekends to see our Gator. "

"the house was secluded and in a nice little area near the baseball field. the beds were comfortable and was cold, which we liked. the only bad things were the lack of cleanliness in the freezer, fridge, and counters. also, the towels shedded a lot on wet bodies, but wasn’t that much of a inconvenience. overall, we’d definitely stay again when we come back"

"We love to travel. Never hotels. Always renting people’s places. Farmhouse is a highlight every year. We come at least twice in the fall for hunting trips. Most years we visit 4-5 times. Kim has always been an amazing host and the house is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect from the city life. "

"It was clean. Bathroom was very nice, but needs a grab bar and a towel bar. Washer and dryer works great. Television in bedroom was good with a simple remote. Living room television remote was very complicated. Overall, a nice place to stay. Only real complaint was the night traffic, but the house is on a busy road."

"The house is super clean, despite a few bugs (the house is surrounded by wooded areas.) It fit our family of five perfectly. We loved how close it is to the dining options. It was a short drive to all of the springs that we visited."

"We stayed here with our entire family when we brought our oldest to University of Florida. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes away from her dorm. With the car, it was easy to get everywhere we needed to be. There is a grocery store less than a mile away, which was helpful.. "The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The owner clearly communicated and check in and out was super easy. We went to Mill Creek Farm the retirement home for horses which was so wonderful and I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed a brewery and winery near by (about 10 min drive) Daft Cow and Beaker. The coffee shop I'd recommend is Doxa (about a 5 min drive). Downtown Alachua itself was a little disappointing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more shops and restaurants...
