HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS The house is located in the Valle de Agaete in the town of Villa de Agaete. This valley is characterized by its micro climate that gives it fame in its tropical crops from coffee, mangoes, avocados and citrus. On the mountains that surround it is the Pinar de Tamadaba (protected area) whose main flora is Canary pine amen of other native species. From the airport to Villa de Agaete there are 50 km of excellent highways of recent and modern construction. Once in the Villa de Agaete just 3 km away is the La Suerte Urbanization. In this Urbanization they rest from the month of September until the month of March visitors of the countries of the north of Europe, emphasizing mainly Firlandeses, Norwegians and Germans who flee from their cold winters. It is in this Urbanization and in a privileged situation where our house is located with views of the green mountains in winter and ocher in summer. Overlooking the sea we can see the island of Tenerife and its Teide volcano when time permits. Being a rest and disconnection area, the activities that can be done are hiking, beaches, fishing, diving, cultural visit to the Cueva Pintada in Galdar, where an aboriginal village was discovered, now converted into a museum. The natural pools of sea water in the Puerto de Las Nieves are very attractive. Just 300 meters from the house there are 2 restaurants where you can walk and find typical food of the area and international. Also in the Puerto de Las Nieves, 5 km away, there are several restaurants with fresh fish and seafood. A sports center just 4 km away where you can swim, play tennis, aerobics, pilates, dance classes, etc.

In the garden there is a barbecue with a set of table and chairs to enjoy and eat with family or friends. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds. A laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, ironing board and iron. In front of the main door of the house you can park your car. The whole property is walled which allows to be quiet for children or pets.

The house has a heated outdoor pool (the water is heated with solar panels) and is private. With views to the mountain and sea, also a solarium with hammocks and barbecue area where you can eat and prepare grilled meats and paellas. The house is located on one floor and has 2 bedrooms with large beds of 1.60 and 1.50 m, 2 and cots if necessary and bedding. Two full bathrooms with hair dryer, bath towels. Dining room and kitchen completely renovated and with dish washer, different coffee makers and very complete. The house has different types of condiments, salt, oil, water, cleaning products, toilet paper, shampoo and bath gel, all included in the price. In the living room there is a TV with international signal and a DVD with movies for adults and children. Board and pool games for adults and children. The house has hot / cold air conditioning and free wifi signal. Ideal to come as a family with children or with friends. A very quiet area and ideal to disconnect. The rates indicated are for 4 people and children under 2 years old do not pay. Prices vary according to season. The price includes water and electricity and the replacement of bed linen and towels.

The nearest town is called Agaete and is 3 km from the house. There you can find banks, pharmacy, coffee or bar, church, post office, health center and a store. The Spar supermarket is 5 km from the house and just 3 km away there is a mini market called Merca Oferta that is open every day, including holidays. We have 2 restaurants 300 meters from home. Casa Lolo and Restaurante La Suerte. The port of Las Nieves is 5 km away and there is a pebble beach and a natural stone pool with sea water. There are also several restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and seafood. A sandy beach 15 km away in Sardina del Norte. It is interesting to visit the Finca La Laja & Bodega Los Berrazales in El Valle de Agaete.
