"First noticeable thing was the old musty smell. The carpet in the lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The hallway carpets were the same.
The first room the gave us was horrible. One bed looked like chocolate milk spilled on the comforter, the 2nd bed looked slept on.
We switched rooms, which was cleaner and smelled clean. However the guests next door were extremely loud and at one point sounded like a fight was going on.

"Rooms were pretty nice. Bathrooms nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool table in the lobby - clutch. One star for cleanliness. Literally found a cockroach in the middle of the room when we woke up and got ready for breakfast, which was not good. First time ever seeing a cockroach in a hotel. I was not expecting that. Usually one cockroach means more cockroaches somewhere else. Will not book at this hotel again. Sorry, but cockroaches are dealbreakers for me..."
