"Massimo our host was truly that, he had us met by an agent but then touched base with us by phone to ensure that all was as expected with is lovely family home. He sent restaurant recommendations and transport info, very thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that there multiple laundry machines as our last property’s machine was not working properly. "The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. Marco was an excellent host especially before we arrived. He provided some restaurants that were close as we were arriving very late. He was very responsive to our questions. Location was excellent and close to all the places we wanted to go.Would stay at the apartment again."

"We loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised.
