Private ferieboliger i Adjala-Tosorontio

"The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was situated in a new subdivision and very close to most amenities that you might need. It was a quick drive to Barrie and Innisfil beach. The host was easy to get a hold of and ensured we had all the information we needed. We had our dog with us and she was quite happy with the place. There is a small yard for her to spend time outside as well. Overall we had a great stay at this house."

"It needs to be made abundantly clear— this is not a “cozy private room and bathroom” as advertised. You are renting a bedroom in someone’s residence and have access to the shared bathroom across the hall, which also meant staying in the daily mess and untidiness of the usual family home. I was awoken by the noise of the family and their young children in the night and in the morning. Anyone could have access to your key and your room with no security from within and the home is half of a duplex...

"We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund. This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. I have always been very happy with vrbo, but it will be a while before I use them again. The support team from vrbo...

"Jennifer provided exceptional customer service! What an incredible location and experience! We’ll be back!"

"Check in was easy once our code was sent, Inside everything was very basic clean, functional. Toys in yard and Netflix was great for grandkids.Only down side was the out side was unkept. We a good stay."

"Very nice and clean property. Disappointed about the pool not being heated."

"I don’t usually like to give a negative review on properties but I feel I need to with this property. Our stay was OK. On arrival the house first appeared clean but in our case there were issues with the cleanliness. We did notify the owner and Romali responded quickly and offered a solution. However I wouldn’t describe the house as luxurious. The house is old and faded not as the pictures indicate. The surface of the kitchen cabinets are peeling in places - there was black masking tape on the...

"I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well."
