"This hotel is a scam straight - Expedia Group can confirm it! We have booked this hotel a month ago. Me and my wife arrived to the country, recived our rental car and finally made it to this hotel. Suddenly, a receptionist name "Ceren" tells us that we have cancelled this reservation. We get in touch with customer service at Hotels.com, and the danish customer supporter name "Poul" explain us that this is not first time they have experienced this and they mostly do this, when another...

"Berbat otel ve gördüğüm en kötü muamele. Resepsiyondaki adam gecenin 2sinde oda buz gibi dedim diye benimle yartismaya girip hatta kendinin dahi hasta oldugunu bildirdi. Müsteri olarak soguk odaya katlanmam gerekiyomus cünkü merkezi sistemi acamiyomus. Odada sabah kadar donduk. Ayrica suit diye bize bodrumda depoya benziyen bir yer verdiler, icerisi resmen igrenc ve kirli idi, heryer leke koltuk delik banyo ve lavabo kuflenmis idi, 4 saat yatip otelden kactik, paramizla rezil ve hasta olduk....

"Elendig service.

"Lovely hotel convenient when flying to/from SAW airport. There was some noise from construction in the morning, but you are already awake and on with your day by then. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again 🙏"

"Stayed one night, when I came next morning to check out, there was two people standing at the reception but none of them said hello or good morning until i went up to them and had to wait"

"A nice quite place near all necessities."
