Lejligheder i A Guarda

"If you are walking the Camino, this a wonderful, short detour and well worth it for the comfortable bed and lovely pool! We took a 6 euro uber from caminha centre and enjoyed such a lovely, luxury stay during our camino. The location is so peaceful and quiet and the pool did wonders for our aching bodies! Our hosts were so helpful and kind and the standard of accommodation was fantastic. We were leaving early the next day but we were sent on our way with the most amazing breakfast. We were sad...

"I had a bad experience with the key handover, as the safe is a bit broken and it’s a bit tricky to open. I tried to call the number but it didn’t work – you could only contact them via text message! The shower heads in the bathrooms need servicing, the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work and there was no light in the smaller bedroom! It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and this time I noticed everything was a bit run down!"

"Cons: Todo bien."

"We so enjoyed our stay here. From the expansive views over the Minho river, our guest room, breakfast, to learning about the history of the convent and its renovation by artist Jose Rodrigues. Joao was the most gracious host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We are very grateful to him for everything! A special place indeed."
