"There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. Host, who could be reached only by phone, insisted that AC worked in the hotel, when it did not. Once resolved, the AC stopped sometime in middle of night.
On positive note, public spaces and guest rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is just steps from the ocean.

Unless you are a lover of electronic music, make sure your dates do not coincide with the Frades Sunset Festival (a festival of 12-hour non-stop electronic music starting at 5pm on the beach below the west wall of the hotel - with the nicest views). Consequently, we contacted the reception immediately and they gave us...
