The food was not only delicious but also offered a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to be exceptionally nice and professional. "Truly cannot recommend this resort enough. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and ensured our entire family had a wonderful time. From the welcome cool towel and cocktail, to making sure our glasses were full by the pool and on the beach, to stopping us on our way back to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. "For the most part, the hotel staff is very kind & helpful! I enjoyed that they have entertainment everyday so you can enjoy being on the property. I love that you get to enjoy both the pool and beach. There was maintenance issue 1 day throughout my stay so that was unfortunate but they fixed it asap. "

"It was an amazing 5 days and 4 nights at the RIU Palace Jamaica. Other than a checking in issue, everything else was perfect! There so many activities and events going on all day and night. We also had access to RIU Reggae and RIU Montego Bay. Housekeeping came every morning and cleaned our rooms, we had the same severs for breakfast lunch and dinner (Dr. Phil and Audliy). "The overall property was magnificent, well kept, and enjoyable. Very welcoming and a lot to do on resort. My only take away from it was the buffet restaurant. Items didn’t taste too fresh and not much of a selection. I always think all closed spaces should have more fans or windows the buffet restaurant and the sports bar was extremely warm. "Our oceanfront room view was amazing. We were on the 5th floor which we loved except that our elevator was broken. The first several days was ok because we were able to get to the 4th floor by elevator and only walk one flight of stairs but the last day we had to walk all 5 flights. We loved all the included excursions. We did the snorkeling, catamaran cruise and glass bottom boat. I would have loved to do the scuba diving but we didn’t this time around.
