"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for."

"My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing.
