Le personnel très sympathique toujours à l’écoute grande piscine avec assez de place pour tout le monde pas loin de la plage avec un petit bar très très sympa. Nous on va y revenir en fin d’année. "

"The occidental at xcaret is unique because of the incredible amount of wildlife, there are maya ruins scattered throughout the property & there is private access into Xcarat a five minute walk from the hotel . This resort really embraces it's Yucatec mayan roots & that is a standout feature in my opinion the staff are amazing i took my daughter here for her thirteenth birthday & we had a blast. "

"We managed to have a decent stay, for the 5 nights, but we faced alot of problems unfortuantly. - A very slow check in - person checking us in, complained that he was feeling sick - our room had no hot water, no bathrobes, balcony door didnt open, no view allthough we had booked with a view. We got changed to a new room, but we struggled getting hot water the whole week. - no benefits, from being Gold member on hotels.com - undertrained staff, they constantly direct you to someone else, however...

"This is without a doubt my favorite hotel in the world. The staff is so friendly. The grounds are stunning. The services are phenomenal. The spa is 10/10. I’ve never ever had a bad meal here. You owe it to yourself to come back here- I will! This is my third time and it only gets better every time. "
