Too noisy from trains etc so we did not get a lot of sleep Otherwise fine But hey got a room to sleep so it did not fulfill the main purpose

Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til lufthavnen og tæt på motorvejen, men det er et lidt kedeligt område. Der var ikke mange i Restauranten om aftenen men virkede stadig som om den var underbemandet. Dejlig morgenmad.

Good hotel close to the airport
Nice clean place, close to the airport. Due to COVID19 the restaurant was closed, but got a nice meal in the bar. The hotel is located very close to the airport, which is easy to find from the hotel

Velbeliggende og et af de bedre lufthavns hoteller
Hotel der formår at give en god oplevelse selvom det kan være svært i en "Corona tid". Alt fungerede som sædvanligt, dog var udbudet af mad i baren begrænset. Værelser rene og med alle nødvendige faciliteter og et internet der kan anvendes i arbejds relation.

Great Service
The service was really amazing. As many things are closed down in this period of Corona, I called them a few times. The reception was amazingly helpful and when I checked it the service was kind and calm despite a long line of people who had arrived with the same flights. The waiter in the breakfast restaurant was very fast and courteous and did his very best despite the restrictions related to the Corona.

No information about the hotel in the room, such as dinning options etc. The phone in room does not connect to any services, perhaps reception but they were too busy to pick up with a massive group check-in. Took forever to find menu on website, but then was told at reception that I had to go down stairs to order food from the bar. The menu there was completely different and much more expensive. Restaurant could not charge food to room had to pay separately. Food was extremely good though, exceeded expectations. Parking is good but expensive , lifts directly down from room to carpark make it very easy. Front desk people nice and friendly. My major issue was that the pillows provided in the room aren’t pillows, just some air and feathers in some fabric, and only one per person. Simply put, they just couldn’t be called pillows. If you need neck support to sleep, this is not the place for you. Also, the room was always warm, even with a/c on minimum and max fan. This was in May with low 20s Celsius outside temps. Overall, clean room, nice bath, was upgraded to comfort room with free minibar which was nice. But overall, the pillows and room temp really let this place down.

Comfortable stay

Will not stay again
Although this hotel was convenient to the train stop to get from Zürich HB, and then to the airport in the morning, I would pay a bit more to stay somewhere more comfortable next time. The beds were unbelievably hard, I have no idea how this has not been the top complaint of every review, the TV had nothing but info on all channels, and the condition of the carpet and tile was visibly old, some stains and discoloration. Check-in was very easy via kiosk, did not interact with staff, except for briefly, which was fine, and it was relatively quiet, even for being next to the airport, which was a plus. Safe and convenient stay for the price just didn’t get good sleep.

Great hotel without staying in central Zurich
By far the best hotel visited in 2023. The service was great and given the location near the airport access to and from Zurich was simple and cost effective.

Great stay as always
I've stayed here many times and as usual I was very happy with the room and service. Cleanliness this time was not great, the toilet was not cleaned properly, fortunately I had alcohol wipes with me. That was unusual though, in the past it was always spotless, a mistake can happen once. In any case, I will certainly stay here again.
