"It was very good ,personer where very nice and helpful specially Ali and Rajab The most annoying thing that hotel located in very hight trafic area ,så we waste alot of time when we go out in a tur and back to hotel The wood floor in rooms unfortunatly wasnt so clean and they didnt try to clean it through our settelment otherwise all was perfect "

"Really nice hotel, the suite was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, not a massive choice but still good."

"The hotel is excellent. All services were great, especially the restaurant; a special thank you to Erguvan. I also want to thank the room cleaner. I highly recommend it."

"Very helpful staff. We had a good stay."

"Staff are very helpful and specially Youssef ? He is responsive when ever we need assistance"

"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"Rooms are clean, staff are very cooperative especially Mr Abdulkareem, allowed me early check inn, breakfast is simple but quiet acceptable, equipments of room are good but there is no kettle for water boiling, but reception brought me a free tea on need. Beds are comfortable location is very good, we spent a pleasant stay in hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for stay"
