"The property is in a very good location thats close to everything and its nice and clean. This part of town is kinda busy and not so much on the quiet side but it was still a very nice and new space. I would stay here again because the prices are very reasonable."

"What I liked: clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood What I did *not* like: 1. The listing says it has a gym and pool (and include pictures of same), but these facilities are not available for guests - this is deceiving and misleading as. 2. There is no luggage storage. Most international flights arrive in São Paulo early morning and depart late in the evening or at night, but there is no luggage storage, and guests cannot wait in the lobby either. 3. The room has an equipped kitchen, but...

"Localização perfeita"

"Razoável. O imóvel é bem localizado e equipado, porém deixou a desejar no quesito limpeza.

"Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job...

"Excelente place to stay great location close to the beach. a lot comercial places snd restaurants"

Além disso, a limpeza do terraço deixou a desejar nesta estadia. Como o local aceita pets,...
