"Overall the location of the hotel is execellent, very close to public transportation and Avenida Paulista and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you are located on the lower the levels the noise from the street penetrates the window, which does not have much in regard to sound isolation - despite stating this on the room description. So if you’re a light sleeper that requires complete silence, the lower levels are definitely not for you. In our case, we were located on the 6th floor, and the sound from the street was quite loud."

"The hotel overall is nice - great location, big rooms and a very good breakfast!!! But be aware of noise - not only from all the construction sites around the hotel (out of the hands of the hotel) but also from internal parties and conferences at the hotel. To get away from construction noise (and there is a lot!!) I was recommended by the hotel to book Executive room on the top floor (most expensive category) which I did - only then to realise that these rooms are just under the top floor conference facilities where there was a LOT of noise from parties, live bands playing etc. The hotel management did not really care - I had to move rooms 3 times during stay - with no compensation, acknowledgement or apologies.
