"We left Krystal Beach Acapulco with mixed feelings. There were parts of our stay we genuinely enjoyed, but several challenges made it hard to fully relax.
The valet parking situation was the first hurdle. There’s no parking at the actual resort, so you have to drive up a very small, steep hill to reach the valet area. With so many guests checking in and out, we ended up stuck on the hill for about 30 minutes before we could even get out of the car. Car was parked across the street.
