"A really good place. What stands out are the facilities - pool, gym and courtyard area. Room is good too - but had a very loud A/C. It’s puzzling why that has not been fixed. Service around the pool is excellent - good choice of food and drinks and relatively fair priced. Shuttle to Universal is a nice feature. Located close to a highway so make sure to get a room facing the other direction as it’s very noisy. Had an issue at check out - the invoice value didn’t match the reserved value, took...

"Fantastisk sted - kan kun anbefales "

"Excellent"

"The front desk at check in and the valets were all wonderful. The property is beautiful. That said, it cost an additional $300 on top of the room rate and tax for amenities we never used (pool, breakfast, etc.) including $50 per day for valet parking which is all but mandatory. Additionally, there were makeup stains on the pillowcase and a small blood (?) stain on the duvet. For the amount of money we paid that is just unacceptable. Also, the room we were in was loud all day and all night. We...

"Nice pretty decent clean comfy room. The staff was alright. Good for the price in the area and most importantly it’s clean so it’s good"

"Great and safe location, excellent and clean rooms, very friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit boring but it has all you need. I would definitely stay here again."

"Pros: Recently refurbished property with modern, updated rooms. Cons: Location: Situated in an industrial area that is not walkable and suffers from safety/homelessness concerns in the surrounding blocks. Breakfast: Extremely limited selection, especially for vegetarians. Bottom Line: A nice, updated hotel inside, but let down by its industrial location and sub-par breakfast options."

"The parking was easy. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was fair. Staff was very on informative and polite."

"Over all this was a fine place to stay for one night. It is not a place that we’d stay for multiple days, maybe not even another day. The floor was pretty dirty. The room is recently renovated so it is in pretty good shape."

"Udemærket sted at overnatte stille og roligt kvarter. Air conditioner larmer lidt. Dejligt at hotellet har vaskemaskine."

"Meget nem tilgængelighed til Universal Studios, hvilket var grunden til, at vi valgte hotellet. Hotellet virkede lidt slidt og havde ikke mulighed for morgenmad. Sovesofaen var overordentlig dårlig og vi måtte påtale flere gange, at toilettet ikke trak ordentligt ud, før der blev gjort noget ved det. God seng og dejligt stort badeværelse og brusekabine"

"The room was cleaned almost every day to a very high standard, air conditioning worked perfectly, lots of parking, staff were lovely. Especially a lovely receptionist called Ana, she made our stay incredibly comfortable and she was so friendly. Safe environment to stay in as female travellers as well. Would highly recommend!"

"God beliggenhed og service med shuttle"

"Fint værelse med eget køkken, sengene var knapt så gode og komfortabel, men ellers et ganske fint værelse. Når der var nogle på værelset over eller ved siden af, var det meget nemt at høre dem."
