"Overall it was a fantastic house. Everything worked well and our family enjoyed the beautiful pool and being able to grill and eat outside. The ocean view from every room was amazing. Bobby & Ariel were terrific answering my many questions and arranging having necessary baby & kid stuff at the house upon our arrival. My only suggestion is to perhaps update some of the furniture as it was a bit worn..It's is the same as was posted on the website when it was new in 2010. Time to update!! We would...

"Exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. The condo is wonderful, and the communication with Jill was above and beyond. The description is spot on and the pictures are what you get. We loved the location as it was right in the middle between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo which made getting to our favorite restaurants very convenient. "The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management."

We had some travel delays getting to Cabo, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating to get us there. They were both very quick to respond and were so helpful with coordinating reservations, transportation, and anything else we needed. We would 100% recommend this property and stay again in the future! "
