"Every time I visit Tokyo, I choose to stay in Ueno because the transportation is really convenient. The hotel is about a 6-8 minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The size of the family room is quite spacious, which is very suitable for travelers with young children. It feels like this is a very new hotel, and I look forward to seeing further improvements from the management."

"The location is very nice, close to the temple and metro.
The room was a little bit small, but otherwise the rooms were nice.
Breakfast is not the best. Food options are limited and the price is quite high, considering the options.
All in all a nice stay, however, consider eating breakfast at local cafès instead. "

There is self check-in and check-out boxes, which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean! There is a convenience store and microwaves in the lowest floor with a space for eating, I liked it a lot, as it was super convenient! The Japanese public bath in the hotel was also very nice. Just 1 minute from the hotel there is a very nice and beautiful park (look at the photo) The next time I’m going to Tokyo, I will stay here again!☺️"

Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked.
