"This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo. "

Allerede inden ankomst oplevede vi en meget fin kommunikation med Erica, som var behjælpelig med at få booket Li River Cruise, som vi brugte som transfer fra Guilin til Yuangshuo. "The property is beautiful, location is great to explore the river, away from the main town. You can get a bike from the property or they can arrange a tour for you. We are more of an independent travellers and therefore happy to cycle our way along the river.

"Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. "

"We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. They suggested us where to go, helped us booked tickets and transport.
There was also free transport to/from Yangshuo city center. Overalls all the staffs were friendly, so helpful and able to speak English very well. If you download Wechat, they will help you even before your stay.

"The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know.
The staff also prepare meals if you have received a free breakfast. Meals are awesome and filling. There are a number of breakfast menus to choose from and you can add items at...
"The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). "
