"The condo was fantastic. Lots of space and being on the ground floor was so convenient for being at the pool. The grounds were well maintained and the infinity pool was awesome. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again"

"We went to Xcalak not really ,knowing what to expect…we arrived to the property and made ourselves at home…we walked around town and most looked at us like we were as new in town as we were..this only lasted a few days and then everyone greeted us with a friendly smile and a Hola wherever we went Xcalak is the town time forgot…it’s a place where relaxation can truly take place…we ate at most of the restaurants in the area and enjoyed every meal…nothing fancy just real food The house was fine...

Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

"There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. We wanted a place we could have a private getaway, but a great oceanfront view. Some may complain of the palm trees that block a portion of the ocean, but we thought they added to the view. "The condo looked like the photos, except it was deceiving because it looked like there was a balcony, but there wasn't. Decor was modern. Plenty of hangers. The rooftop was very nice for relaxing or working. Cleaners need to clean under cabinets and touch points. A/C worked well. No English channels and couldn't log into Netflix account in English either - guy couldn't help. No hot water day 2, they adjusted, but barely enough hot water for one to shower.
