"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us.
The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations.
The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"Must stay at this resort was phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were good and there was a lot of nightly entertainment for the adults. Housekeeping did a excellent job with keeping the room clean. Everyone was very kind on the resort. I will come back :)"

"We had a great stay. The rooms are alright, though a bit old. Our room felt very humid and the pillows smelled a lot like humidity. Restaurants can get too noisy and messy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & will for sure come back, just maybe in Kantenah or White Sand. "

"Beautiful hotel installations, nice beach, and great staff! For a “5” stars hotel the “Isla Blanca” restaurant was a disappointment. The food temperature was always cold, raw meats and rude grill stations staff.
The service at the beach was lacking. “The Nest” restaurant was a real treat with lobster and great service from Armando and Alfredo. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous panoramic view with lots of treats upon our arrival, premium drinks and a butler who booked our dinners. I highly...
