"We had an amazing stay at Orchid House. Staff were super accommodating and always helpful. Being the low season we were one of the few guests there and honestly I can’t understand why more people weren’t there. Despite the seaweed we had a great time, instead of the ocean we visited cenotes and the pools at the sister properties. Absolutely perfect stay! "

"We had a four nights stay at Beplaya. Check in went smooth and professional. We had booked a Master Suite with 1 kingsize bed but got 2 queensize beds instead. The room is a bit warm down and does not quite live up to the pictures. The breakfast the first morning was a disaster. Waited 45 min on a fruit plate with only two kinds of fruit and the portions of the breakfast was small. We decided to eat breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants the rest of our stay. "Duer ikke som hotel på en forretningrejse. Og meget dyrt i forhold til, hvad man får. Ingen restaurant eller room service - kun morgenmad. Personalet ville vise vej til en nærliggende restaurant, som skulle være rigtigt god. Men forklaringen var forkert, og jeg endte på en restaurant, hvor maden nærmest var uspiselig. Badeværelse meget upraktisk - toilet bliver oversprøjtet og gulvet sejler efter et brusebad. Air conditioning er en "split unit" med kompressor lige uden for værelset. Støjer...
