"The room was perfect and the service was good. We did arrive two our esrly since we checked out from a nearby hotel. Ee could not check in early, but they ley us use the pools at the rooftop while waiting and we could use the storage at the lobby to put our bags. The breakfast buffet was great. The only problem was that the pool area could get little more attention like some music and free water. "Virkelig et hjælpsomt og venligt personale særligt Sebastian og en kvinde, som vi ikke fik navnet på. Vi ankom sent fra lufthavnen og var blevet snydt til at betale næsten 500 dollars til taxachaufføren. Kvinden i receptionen hjalp os med at tjekke overvågningskamera på taxaen og opfordrede os til at tage i lufthavnen igen og melde det til politiet. Det gjorde at vi fik næsten alle pengene tilbage.
