"Very nice stay on lake Ontario. House was very nice, located right on the water with beautiful views. Minor updates needed, but overall very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is minimal, but sufficient. Owner was very kind and communicated with us regarding all our needs during our stay.One of the members of our party left something behind at the property. The owner went out of his way to bring the bag back abd was very kind about it."

"After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to get away from the bustle of tourism to this gem of a location. We showed up a little late, but check-in was easy. Our host was very nice and accommodating. The complimentary muffins were delicious!"

"We drove from AZ to Buffalo New York came in early ask to check in a little bit early and we were able to so, Couldnt wait to get in the pool but the pool wasnt heated inquired about it and someone came out the very next day, the house was size for my satisfaction with the gourmet kitchen that didnt have the quantity pots and pans but did bring mines to do gourmet cooking, We did feel at home from home which was extremely nice.The communication loved itMandy was professional with all concerns,...

"This is incredibly conveniently located; it’s about a 5-minute walk from UB south campus, Dunkin’, grocery stores and drugstores. Very easy access to highways. Safe neighborhood and the owner is very responsive to messages."

"Very clean and spacious home. Beautiful flooring and lighting. I just wish it was tvs throughout the home it’s just one big screen in the living room. Overall the home is beautiful it was nice and clean. "

"This home felt like it was in a nice area, well kept, and the host was quick to respond with any questions. It was nice to have two apartments for privacy and the doors could be left open if needed. We would definitely stay there again!!!"

"A very nice hotel and the service was excellent. I had to check out before 6:00 am to catch the train and at check in the guy said that I could get some breakfast to go and in the morning I got it and it made a nice start of my long train trip. The room was nice and clean. The only thing is that there is a bit of a walk to the Falls but I would book again should I come back. Thanks!"

"Vi ankom fredag og havde egentlig bestemt at være der til tirsdag, men kørte allerede mandag, da værelserne slet ikke bliver ordnet, med mindre man er der mere end 4 nætter. På Hotels.com står der "daglig rengøring". Vi kunne hente kaffe og te i receptionen, men på værelset blev der INTET gjort. Og generelt var der bare nusset overalt. Morgenmaden var elendig, der var slet ikke pålæg, ost eller grønt. Beliggenheden var rigtig fin, og der var masser af p-pladser. På den anden side af vejen lå et Pizzaria, som lavede virkelig gode pizzaer:-)"
