"No expense or amenity spared! Beautiful home and property. The hosts take pride in their property for sure and even left a welcome note and goodie bag! Comfortable, extremely clean, beautifully designed and well stocked for all your basic needs including fun patio games and lots of seating areas. They even had plenty of balls for our pups and extra dog waste bags. Very organized, thought out and everything worked like a charm. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property. We cannot wait to go...

"This location was very close to a really nice big park that you can go fishing at and take your children to play. The cabin is also located in walking distance to a few restaurants and saloon and was nice to be close. The cabin itself was cute and the bed was very comfortable, I loved the shower! We did spend a lot of time outside enjoying good weather. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a flash light cause there is not much lighting at night in the back. "The hosts have certainly provided everything one could possibly expect! House was immaculate and beds were comfortable. The only downside was the rough road getting to it which they don’t control. There were games to play indoors and out and a great covered porch in back. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We actually chose this house because of the uniqueness. Very nice very cozy. We were in Payson for a wedding in the forest and this house pretty much fit the bill totally. "Great location, had fun playing in water and exploring with the kids. Ran crawfish traps and made a delicious Alfredo. Huge perk was the playground/small park directly adjacent to rental. The kitchen was minimally stocked so if you plan to cook be sure to bring you own seasonings, critical utensils, etc."

"My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cozy Cottage. The owners have gone above and beyond ensuring we did not want for anything! We very much appreciated all of the little extra touches! The cottage was nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Close proximity to Tonto Natural Bridge and Wagon Wheel too! Would stay again!"
