Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright open-concept living area, fully stocked kitchen, and access to a balcony. The lower suite includes a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout with its own kitchen and living room.


Enjoy access to a beach and swim dock just a 1-minute walk from the house. Whether you’re cooking meals in the modern kitchens, unwinding on the patio, or relaxing in one of two cozy living rooms with flat-screen TVs, you’ll feel right at home. -There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours
