Check in service was appalling, no welcome she was rude. Just managed to park in the car park as it was full, didn’t get told it was £15 to park at a hotel that was over £200pn, not what I’d expect and she just plonked the card machine in front of me with no explanation.
The room had a massive cobweb hanging from the ceiling, lighting was too dark. Bathroom sink had a massive crack in it, but it was comfortable. Nowhere to relax in the bar as there was a wedding reception with loud guests getting merry, I wasn’t aware that there was going to be a wedding reception, nor that it would be in the main bar.
Breakfast was good. Overall a waste of money and wouldn’t recommend staying there, nor wish to return.
