Welcome to your coastal getaway in the Short Sands Beach area of York Beach, ME! Ideally located just off Broadway, this bright and inviting two-story home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one with a peek at the ocean.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove, plus the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer so you can pack light. High-speed Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, and a stereo system are included for your entertainment. Outside, you ll find a covered deck with a gas BBQ, a firepit, an outdoor shower, and a beach cart to make your seaside days even easier. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, bunk beds, and a futon.

Just a short 3/10 mile stroll brings you to Short Sands Beach, with seasonal bus service to Ogunquit and Long Sands. Shops, restaurants, arcades, basketball courts, and a playground are all close by, making this the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun.

From the lively town center to the charming neighborhood setting, you ll be minutes from everything York Beach has to offer.

Never leave a fire unattended.
Keep children and pets supervised around the fire pit at all times.
Use only approved firewood. Do not burn trash, cardboard, or other materials.
Keep the fire at a reasonable size and be mindful of windy conditions.
Fully extinguish the fire with water before leaving the area or going inside.
Do not use the fire pit during burn bans or when local fire restrictions are in effect.
Please leave the fire pit area clean for the next guests.
