The apartment is on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the 6th.

★Please do not eat in bed.
The penalty for stained bedding and linen starts:
¥2,000 per linen item and towel
¥5,000 for each comforter, pillow, and bed pad.

★ Bathroom Usage Guidelines
Please be aware that the hot water may run out if each guest refills the bath after bathing. To ensure everyone has access to hot water, we recommend limiting the use of the bath to two separate baths per day, as reheating the tank may take longer than usual.
Showers, however, can be taken without any issues.

In Japan, it is common for families to share the same bathwater after washing off in the shower, which you might find to be a unique experience during your stay!

★CHECK-IN
Guest Registration is required in advance for ALL guests before check-in by filling out the form with personal and travel information.

Please be assured, this information is only submitted to the Japanese government department upon request and will not be disclosed to any third party.

You will receive check-in information and guidance a few days before your arrival.

★CHECK-OUT
We will also advise you on the details of how to check out the apartment the day before.
Please do not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.

★CHECK-OUT delay:
The check-out time is fixed; any delay of 15 minutes would cost 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.

★All rooms are non-smoking (including around the building).
If smoking is CONFIRMED in any form, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and you will be evicted without a refund.
Thank you for not smoking!

★Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including kids, is 6 (regardless of the child's age).

★ CLEANING
Cleaning services are available during your stay. Contact us for more information.

★ DAMAGE POLICY
If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately to arrange repairs and avoid additional high charges.

★The minimum damage fee starts from 10,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally.
