"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

A lovely relaxing retreat. The dogs loved it too with a lovely secure garden for them and us to enjoy. "Lapford mill cottage it's an Amazing Place, we really appreciate the days spent there. We loved the availability of piano, the kitchen well equipped, the garden and the Little steam train on Saturday.And Alex super host!"
