"The location was a major highlight for us. It is almost literally downtown and walkable to shopping, food and hiking. We also rented some bikes from K&G Bike Center just a short distance away in Xenia and rode the bike trails. We loved the outdoor spaces, the side porch in the morning and afternoon, and the back patio, where all 8 of us good sit in the evenings. Cute house with everything we needed. Thank-you!"

"Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Odd for the Vrbo property to not have full access to the property like the basement and the garage. Wonder if guests will have access to...
