You wake up to a beautiful view of the tropical blue/green waters and end the day with front row seats to incredible sunsets. "We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! "We love Exuma, the people could not be friendlier! We had a need for a doctor at one point and the house manager was quick to point us in the right direction for medical assistance in town which was also superb! If you check in on Sunday, be aware that most grocery stores close early - think through dinner arrangements prior to arrival for that evening. Clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with everything, both inside and for the beach. Barbara is an outstanding and attentive host who stayed in touch with me before and during my stay. I haven’t experienced this with any host before. She also gave us so many great tips and suggestions. I would recommend a stay here to everyone I know. I cannot wait to book again!!"

"We are staying at a construction site; the window we can look out of faces a construction area. When we go to the pool, we walk through the construction zone with wheelbarrows and noise. It may be that the hotel is being renovated, but we are paying 6,700 DKK (approximately USD 980) for 3 nights. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel is not closed during the renovation. There is so much noise that no one is using the worn-out sun loungers by the pool, where the filtration system is not running most of the time. I'm sure it will be nice one day, but honestly, I feel cheated. We've decided to leave the hotel a day early despite not getting a refund. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest."
