Below avrg experience
We booked a premium room with a king-size bed for two adults and two children. But on arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a fee. We saw no reason for that until we saw that we got standard bed for two people! Reception could not understand the problem and explained that all their rooms are same size, premium just meant that we also had a balcony. We could get an extra bed for a fee. It took us a few hours to resolve it with a manager, so we got a less comfortable sofa bed, without extra charge, but we had to explain the difference between standard, queen and king size beds :D The fridge in the room did not work, which was critical, as we had insulin for our son in it. The pools were under construction, which we were notified about post reservation. However, the work starts early morning till late in the day. Breakfast selection is good and staff is very friendly. However, they dont value cleanliness that much, it seems. All in All, our experience was rather disapointing.

Alt fungerede..!
Vi havde i påsken 8 overnatninger på dette hotel. Alt fungere rigtig fint - glade og smilende medarbejdere og god service. Placeringen på Yas Island var perfekt for os, da vi rejste med to små børn - havde derfor kort afstand til lufthavnen, og mulighed for at gøre brug af Yas Beach og Yas Waterworld. Vi vil gerne bo her igen - næste gang vi skal til Abu Dhabi.

dejligt familie hotel med børn
godt ophold, super pool for børnene, morgen buffet perfekt, sød personale. Men vi havde bestilt suite for 2 voksne og 2 børn på 10 og 11 år, men ingen ekstra seng reddet, det kom først senere efter at have talt med reception. lidt dåligt når man nu først kom til hotellet ved 2100... Man får voucher til Yas Beach ved concierge , super strand, 15min gåtur fra hotel ellers også shuttle bus 3-4 ganger om dagen. Ellers meget billigt med taxi til Yas Waterland, Ferrari world, Yas Mall som har en go foodcourt og nogle go restauranter ved fontainerne.

Super Hotel og Beliggenhed
Super godt Hotel , perfekt beliggenhed. Yas Island Perfekt område. Til hotellet ( 1,7 km)hører en privat strand , hvor der går bus. Fantastisk strand. Tæt på Lufthavnen. Der er en Italiensk Restaurant på Hotellet Super God. Morgenmads buffet Utrolig lækker. Alt i Alt det helt rigtige valg af område og Hotel. Kan anbefales at spise i Etihad Towers på 63 Etage, god restaurant.

Fint hotel
Havde ni dage på dette hotel, havde booket suiten. Fin morgen buffet, god service. Desværre skulle poolen under en lille renovation midt i vores ferie, derfor var vandet efterfølgende noget koldt og vi kunne ikke bade til stor skuffelse for vores to børn. Børnene måtte dele en slåudseng da vi ellers skulle betale kr 200,00 ekstra pr. dag for at de kunne sove i hver sin seng. Kan det virkelig passe når man har bestilt og betalt for 4 personer hjemmefra.

Klasse og stil for en hver smag
Afslapning i forbindelse med arbejde. To dage blev brugt på dette dejlige hotel. Kort til mange aktiviteter og seværdigheder. Personalet var yderst serviceminded. Den Italienske restaurant kan ikke anbefales. Hyggeligt pool-område og god betjening.Hotellet er anbefaleses værdigt til såvel enlige, par som familier. Mange aktiviteter i nærområdet.

Regrettably, my overall impression of Radisson Blu Yas in Abu Dhabi has led me to advise against choosing this hotel. It is disheartening to share such a negative review, especially considering the positive experiences I have had with the Radisson brand in the past. It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years.

Very nice dining options and room was ver spacious and clean. Lovely view of the golf course. Belgium cafe was great to have a beer and watch the football match. Only had one issue and that was WiFi hardly worked.

Very poor service and condition
Very poor house keeping and hot water was coming in all taps. Ended up with burns due to hot water in all taps. Even the bidet of the WC had boiling water. At 11pm we went to the Felini resturant and were told that the kitchen was closed and later we complained to the manager he denied that the kitchen was closed and found him scolding the staff for not taking our food order.

Disappointed. Low budget hotel
Shocking. The hotel rooms are old. Requires urgent attention. Low budget hotel. We booked a suite. It was dark, carpets are old and dirty. Red curtains not for hotel rooms. Services are bad. We were told they cannot give my mum an extra pillow because the hotel is fully occupied. No pillows.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff - huge thanks to Karan on Reception. One downside - it would've been nice to know that the swimming pool in the hotel was unavailable prior to booking and that we had to use pool facilities in the neighbouring hotel.

It is a good hotel. Good location. Excellent service. However swimming pool was out of service. And the pool was one of the reasons that I picked this hotel.

Whomever the previous tenant was of the room apparently broke a glass. I stepped on a shard when I was walking barefoot near the patio. Had to stopped the bleeding and ask the staff to send someone up to vacuum. I pulled the glass out so quickly and didn't know where it went. I didn't want the next person to step on it.
