"The place was clean and had everything we needed except where to hang towels that’s the only thing we couldn’t figure out, thank you!!"

"Friendly staff, easy check-in, lovely room and nice area."

"Fine place to stay. Local neighborhood"

"We loved our stay at BnA. The room was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. The staff is really friendly and the concept of the hotel is really cool. The area is quiet which suited us very well, you can choose to tap in and out of the Tokyo craziness as much as you like. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel, made the most wonderful ramen. No English menu so bring your best Japanese or google translate. I will definitely come back to stay here. "

"Really nice hotel, nice rooms good location only downside is the curtain wasn’t dark enough"

"Great location literally a stones throw away form Akihabara. Also an amazing view of the river in the main eating area."

"This small hotel has 2 unit on each floor in a quiet neighbourhood, steps away from main route. Lobby is very small and the amenities are limited. However, the room size is good and we can open luggages with no problem. Staff was helpful for keeping our luggages in lobby before check-in completed which ended up delivered to our room since we were rushing out for dinner with booking. One thing I was surprised due to we ended up adding 1 more person on top of original booking of 3 pax (room...

"Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I...

"Nice area with a lot of restaurants and shopping around the corner. Close to subway and if you enjoy walking, in walking distance to many cultural sights."

"Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer). It’s also one-way to Haneda Airport, big plus! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The free pastries and coffee are pleasant. But if booking the twin room,...

"It was close the train stations and akihabara but without all the foot traffic."
