"Room was nice and big with daily cleaning. The wifi wasn’t great, however we were also in the mountains so it’s expected. The best part without a doubt was the staff at the reception-desk, especially the young guy who helped us with absolutely everything we asked, from planning trips and giving detailed descriptions about every place we went, to ordering take out for us and chatting with us on WeChat when needed at all hours. Would come back for the good service alone. 10/10 ! "

"We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. "Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view. "

"Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. "I had a very nice stay here. The family that own the hotel are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to look after me. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the Aircon kept me cool. There are lots of shops and places to eat on their street. I would definitely stay there again."
