"Vi brugte 3 dage på Pullmann - og rejser meget. Hotellet er meget udmærket, rent og god morgenmad. Men vi blev nedgraderet i forhold til det værelse vi havdse bestilt og betalt for. De havde ikke flere executive værelser med balcon, og gav os i stedet et mindre rygerværelse. Derudover, da vi hævede i deres ATM i lobbyen fik vi falske penge ud. De ville ikke hjælpe os - eller tage ansvar for sagen. Personalet vil ikke tage ansvar for noget. Så hvis du vil bo her, kan du risikere at skulle kæmpe...

"Charming hotel with decor that evokes a traditional China of the 1920’s, but with thoroughly updated facilities and amenities. "We had a wonderful stay at No. 5 Valley Lodge. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Frankie was the best. He arranged everything for us from national park tickets, meals, transportation. Anything we ever needed. They were also available through wechat at all times if we had any questions. The hotel is far from downtown (if you want to go to other destinations) but very close to Zhangjiajie NP. Highly recommend this place and we would absolutely book again if we come back. "

"The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat."

"The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. "Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. "Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F"

"If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! "Location of the hostel is very good. Walkable to the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance. Overall room wasn’t that clean. The washroom had that typical smell and I saw a few stains on the bed sheets. There are only stairs but highest floor is only 5 or 6 I think. Overall it’s just a cheap acceptably clean place to stay near Zhangjiajie National Park."

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est très bien passé. L'emplacement est proche de l'entrée du parc et quelques options de diner sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Le staff de l'hôtel a été très sympa et parle correctement l'anglais. La chambre avec balcon que nous avons eut été très correcte dans l'ensemble."
