"Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures."

"Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "

"Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low.
