"Vi brugte 3 dage på Pullmann - og rejser meget. Hotellet er meget udmærket, rent og god morgenmad. Men vi blev nedgraderet i forhold til det værelse vi havdse bestilt og betalt for. De havde ikke flere executive værelser med balcon, og gav os i stedet et mindre rygerværelse. Derudover, da vi hævede i deres ATM i lobbyen fik vi falske penge ud. De ville ikke hjælpe os - eller tage ansvar for sagen. Personalet vil ikke tage ansvar for noget. Så hvis du vil bo her, kan du risikere at skulle kæmpe...

"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed."

Her er lidt slidt og rengøring ikke helt i top, men seriøst så er man ikke meget på hotellet, når man er i Zhangjiajie - fik hotel anbefalet af lokale og det var klart den bedste placering for naturen."

The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. "Super surprised by the quality and uniqueness of this hotel. The staff were super attentive, food was fantastic and the area is magical. There is a great hike right up the valley behind the hotel. Rooms are nice and toasty in the winter but the rest of the hotel is a little cold so bring warm clothes. Looking forward to going back here one day"

"Super freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist sensationell mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Berge vom Pool aus. Frühstück ist typisch chinesisch und sehr gute Qualität. Sie bieten einen Transfer zum Eingang des Nationalparks an, welcher nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt ist.
Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft leider nicht geheizt, so dass es etwas gedauert hat, bis es warm war. "

The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food)."
