"The house is in a great area. The inside had not been thoroughly cleaned. All the windows were very dirty, inside and out. The entrance and doors are covered in cob webs, leaves and dust. We were greeted by trash barrels and a big bag of garbage on the curb, gross garbage bag in the trash receptacle in the kitchen with spiders, dead flowers in a vase w/green stinky water; door handle to the patio is broken, the refrigerator and freezer are full of food and super dirty inside, the pool area is...

"Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. Water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Plenty of space to spread out for two adults and two teens. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It is not a full 4-bdr, which was fine for us as we bunked up together and it all worked out. But that might not work as well for others. We arrived late at night and it took us a little bit to figure out which house it was and how to access it via the ally - so some...

"Check in was simple and the kitchen was spacious. It could use some additional tools - mixing bowl and kitchen towels sepcifically. There are no towel bars or hooks for bath towels, this was a serious issue with 5 of us and nowhere to hang towels to dry. I'd also suggest you provide "pool" towels since there is a hot tub. "We loved this cozy getaway! It was a great spot for a friend's weekend away- plenty of space and super comfy. We brought lots of food with us as the house was far from much of anything.Sitting in the hot tub at night underneath the giant sky was worth the entire long drive out there. The one neighbor was close enough to hear, but the line of trees blocked their view and kept it seemingly private enough.The only issue we ran into was a slight ant invasion in the kitchen, but the owner messaged...
