"The property was perfect for our family of four and our fur baby! We loved the proximity of the small beach area, the use of the condo kayaks, and a covered, assigned parking spot!"

"Property management staff were friendly and responsive."

"Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Innsbrook. Our condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and thought the games in the room were a great touch. We are already planning to return next year!"

"The resort was absolutely amazing. The amenities we had access to were incredible. The property itself was also great with stunning views. The property could have used some light upkeep and updates. We found the master bed very uncomfortable, however, the other beds were comfortable. "

"Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise. "

"Our host was amazing! Very spacious house! Mattresses are a bit hard! Maybe time for new mattress ! "

"Our condo (61) was clean, comfortable and very accommodating had everything we needed. View spectacular, clean grounds, quiet and great for families."

"Property worked fine. There were no working flashlights or battery powered candles. Power went out for hours and temps were in 90s w high humidity. We drove home early did not stay last night.I called Innsbruck next day because I left golf clothes on back of bathroom door. Missed them in the dark. Requested they send. If you can help expedite that it would be appreciated."

"It’s a suite hotel - rooms were very spacious. It’s in a great location. Staff is welcoming and kind. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to check on family."

"Terrific stay front to back… super clean, lovely place, great communication. Would definitely recommend!"
