"When I arrived at the property, I couldn't get into the building because I had received no checkin instructions. I saw a few message asking me to pay for a damage deposit in my Expedia inbox. But I didn't get any advanced notification in my gmail inbox until on the checkin afternoon. Because I was travelling, I couldn't have seen these messages until I arrived at the property. The message was very cryptic. It wasn't immediately clear what I needed to do. Another hotel guest kindly explained...

"Staff is friendly and the room is clean and cosy. The bed could benefit from a top mattress, as you can feel a few of the springs, which is not so comfortable. Location and neighborhood is excellent."
